Kate Spade Pop-up, Mumbai

This project outlines a business plan for a conceptual Kate Spade New York pop-up. The purpose of the shop was to explore the possibility of the company expanding into a foreign geographic market that they do not currently operate in. Elements that were considered within the strategic initiative include market analysis, target consumers, store location/design, promotional plan, and financial implications. Ultimately, the analysis we conducted led to valuable information that could be utilized by the brand if they were to enter into the Mumbai market.
